Privacy Policy
Last updated: 12 September 2026
This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data when you use this website or enquire about our service. We have written it in plain English. It applies to One Price Websites, the pay-monthly managed website service described on this site.
Who we are
One Price Websites is a service operated by One Blue Pixel, which trades as One Price Websites. One Blue Pixel is the data controller responsible for the personal data collected through this website.
One Blue Pixel operates as a sole trader.
We are a UK-wide online service and do not operate a public office or phone line. For anything in this policy, or to exercise your data rights, email josh@onebluepixel.co.uk or use the form on our Get started page.
The personal data we collect
We only collect the data we need to answer your enquiry and, if you become a customer, to provide the service. This includes:
- Enquiry details: your name, email address, an optional phone number, details about your business, and the content of your message, all collected when you complete the form on our Get started page.
- Billing details: if your project is approved and you become a customer, payment and billing information needed to set up your monthly subscription. This is collected and stored by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not see or store your full card details.
- Correspondence: any further messages you send us and our replies, kept so we can manage your enquiry or account.
We do not run advertising trackers or profiling tools, and our analytics does not identify you personally (see Analytics below).
How and why we use your data
Under UK GDPR we must have a lawful basis for using your personal data. We rely on the following:
- Consent: when you submit the enquiry form, you are asking us to contact you. We use your details to respond and to discuss the service you enquired about.
- Legitimate interests: to review and assess enquiries, keep records of our communications, and protect the security of our systems, in ways you would reasonably expect and that do not override your rights.
- Contract: if you become a customer, to set up and manage your website subscription, take payment, and provide ongoing support.
Who processes your data
We use a small number of trusted third parties to run this service. They act as our processors and only handle your data on our instructions:
- Formspree: receives and stores submissions from our enquiry form so we can retrieve and respond to them. See Formspree's privacy policy.
- Stripe: processes payments and manages the monthly subscription for approved customers. See Stripe's privacy policy.
- Cloudflare: hosts and delivers this website and provides privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with any third party for their own marketing.
Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how the site is used in aggregate. It is privacy-friendly and cookieless: it sets no cookies, does not fingerprint your device, and does not track you across other websites. It does not build a profile of you or identify you personally. You can read more at cloudflare.com/web-analytics.
Payments
For approved customers, payment is taken through a monthly Stripe subscription. Card and billing details are entered directly into Stripe's secure checkout and are held by Stripe as a payment processor. We receive confirmation of payment and limited billing information, but not your full card number.
International transfers
Some of our processors, including Formspree, Stripe, and Cloudflare, are based in or operate from outside the UK and European Economic Area. Where your data is transferred outside the UK or EEA, those transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards recognised under UK data protection law, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, or an adequacy decision.
How long we keep your data
We keep enquiry data for up to 12 months after our last contact with you, unless it leads to an ongoing relationship or contract, in which case we keep it for as long as you are a customer and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet our legal, accounting, and tax obligations. After that it is deleted.
Your rights under UK GDPR
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Ask us to correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete
- Ask us to delete your data (the right to erasure)
- Ask us to restrict how we use your data
- Ask for a copy of your data in a portable format
- Object to our use of your data where we rely on legitimate interests
- Withdraw consent at any time, where we rely on consent
How to exercise your rights
To make any of these requests, email josh@onebluepixel.co.uk or get in touch through the form on our Get started page, and tell us what you would like us to do. We will respond within one month. There is normally no charge.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your personal data, please tell us first so we can try to put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK's data protection regulator, at ico.org.uk.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time, for example if we change the tools we use. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last reviewed.
