Terms of Service

These terms set out what you get with One Price Websites, what it costs, and the terms on which we provide it. One Price Websites is a service operated by One Blue Pixel, which trades as One Price Websites. By becoming a customer you agree to these terms.

The service

We design, build, and manage a professional website for your business. The standard package includes:

• A custom-designed website of up to five pages, built around your business
• A domain name and one business email address
• Managed hosting, an SSL certificate, and an enquiry form
• Unlimited reasonable content updates (see Fair use below)
• Ongoing maintenance, backups, and security and uptime monitoring
• Basic on-page SEO, analytics, and Google Search Console setup
• Ongoing technical support

Price and payment

The service costs £49 per month, with £0 upfront and no setup fee. Payment is taken by monthly subscription through Stripe, starting when your website goes live or as otherwise agreed. We are not VAT registered, so no VAT is added to this price.

Minimum term

The agreement has a 6-month minimum term. After the minimum term it continues as a rolling monthly agreement until you or we end it in line with the Cancellation section below.

Application and approval

Enquiries go through a short application and review step. Acceptance is not guaranteed. The £49 package is designed for projects that fit its scope, and we may decline or suggest an alternative where a project does not. A Stripe subscription or payment link is only issued after your project has been reviewed and approved.

Fair use

"Unlimited reasonable content updates" means ongoing edits to your existing site: text changes, swapping images, adding or updating information, and similar day-to-day updates. It does not include full redesigns, rebuilds, or new large features, which we will quote for separately.

What is not included

The following are not part of the standard package and are quoted or charged separately:

• Local SEO and Google Business Profile management
• Google Ads and other paid advertising
• E-commerce and online payments
• Advanced or bespoke functionality
• Additional pages beyond five

Your responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

• Provide the content and materials we need, and give timely feedback so we can progress your site
• Make sure the content and materials you supply are lawful and that you have the right to use them
• Use the website and email lawfully and not for spam, abuse, or anything illegal
• Keep your login and billing details accurate and up to date

Cancellation

You may cancel after the 6-month minimum term by giving us 30 days' notice. If you cancel before the end of the minimum term, the remaining minimum-term payments become due.

If you leave

On cancellation, your website and its domain can be migrated or exported to you or to another provider. The managed services we provide (hosting, maintenance, support, your business email, and monitoring) stop when your subscription ends.

Availability and results

We take reasonable care to keep your website online and performing well, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific uptime, or particular search engine rankings. Search engines and third-party platforms are outside our control. We provide the service using reasonable skill and care.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, One Blue Pixel is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data, or business, arising from your use of the service or this website. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded under law.

Our service and this website may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of those sites, and a link is not an endorsement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when they were last reviewed, and we will let customers know about any material change.
